Founded in 1976, Shawnee Acres HOA has been serving our community for over 40 years. Our mission is to provide a platform for residents to voice their concerns and work together to improve our neighborhood while maintaining our property values.
Shawnee Acres is governed by a five member Board. The current Board members are:
President: John Mitchell
Vice President: Ron Sammont
Secretary: Marion Chandler
Treasurer: Nora Mastrosimone
Member-At-Large: C.C. Dennis
We encourage all residents to get involved with Shawnee Acres HOA and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated.
General membership meetings are held every April and October. All Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
Board of Directors meetings are held at least quarterly. Homeowners are welcome to attend.

Annual assessments are currently $40 per year, due January 10th of each year.
